RC Law acted as legal counsel to Grupo Hotusa, through its Eurostars Hotel Company brand, in connection with the acquisition of the St. Gregory Hotel, a 156-key, four-star property located between Georgetown and Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C., in a multimillion-dollar transaction.<\/span><\/p>\n

This transaction is Eurostars\u2019 third U.S. hotel acquisition in just one year, following\u00a0Eurostars The Boxer<\/b><\/a>\u00a0in Boston, Massachusetts, and\u00a0Eurostars Winter Haven<\/b><\/a>\u00a0in Miami Beach, Florida. RC Law has acted as counsel to Grupo Hotusa in all three transactions. We appreciate Grupo Hotusa\/Eurostars\u2019 continued trust in RC Law as the group advances its international expansion.<\/p>\n
